Our Impact

Language & Literacy (Breaking Barriers)

Focus: Giving people the "voice" to succeed in their new home.

Program: Free Tuition ESL & Literacy Classes.
Year 1 Goal: Provide free tuition to 5 need-based students.
Projected Impact: Graduates will move from "basic survival English" to "workforce-ready English," allowing them to advocate for themselves and their families.

Youth & Young
Adult Empowerment

Focus: Equipping the next generation with modern skills.

Program: Summer Enrichment & Mentorship / Computer Literacy.
Year 1 Goal: Enroll 25 students in our Free Summer Enrichment Program and certify 20 teens in basic Computer Science/Digital Literacy.
Projected Impact: Bridging the "digital divide" by ensuring immigrant youth have the same tech skills as their peers.

Economic Mobility & Workforce Support

Focus: Helping families become financially independent.

Program: Employment Support Services & Banking Resources.
Year 1 Goal: Help 50 clients build professional resumes and connect them with fair-wage employers and banking partners.
Projected Impact: Moving families from "unstable work" to "career paths" that provide long-term security.

Legal & Immigration Advocacy

Focus: Providing the foundation for a legal and safe future.

Program: Free Need-Based Immigration Form Prep & Legal Partnerships.
Year 1 Goal: Assist 30 individuals with their immigration paperwork at no cost, removing the financial barrier to legal status.
Projected Impact: Ensuring that a family’s legal status isn't determined by their ability to pay for document preparation.

Holistic Health & Wellness

Focus: Supporting the "whole person," not just their paperwork.

Program: Resource Connection (Therapy & Mental Health Partners).
Year 1 Goal: Establish a referral network of our therapy and wellness partners to provide culturally sensitive support.
Projected Impact: Reducing the trauma of migration by providing a direct path to mental health and wellness professionals.
